Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently.
- Stir in coconut oil until smooth.
- Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.
- Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in rainbow sprinkles.
- Place on parchment paper-lined trays and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted dark or milk chocolate over the strawberries before serving.
