Delicious peach cinnamon rolls perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; mix until combined.
- Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth; roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread peach mixture over dough, roll tightly into logs, slice into portions.
- Place rolls in the prepared dish; bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter roll, increase the sugar in the peach mixture.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
