Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; mix until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth; roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread peach mixture over dough, roll tightly into logs, slice into portions.
  5. Place rolls in the prepared dish; bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
