Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Curd (Store-bought or homemade.)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest (For an extra citrus punch.)
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter using an electric mixer on medium speed until it’s light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the lemon curd and beat until fully incorporated.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in the fresh lemon juice while mixing.
  4. Toss in the lemon zest and continue mixing until the frosting is smooth and creamy.
  5. Give it a taste test and add more lemon zest or curd for a zestier flavor according to your preference.
