Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup honey
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
Instructions
- Combine chopped strawberries, jalapeños, and lemon juice in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add honey and stir until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the pectin and stir constantly.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pouring into jars.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- This jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
