Description

A delicious and healthy stir-fried vegetable dish featuring bok choy and colorful bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bok Choy (washed and chopped)
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup Snow Peas (trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Chili Paste (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing, chopping, and slicing as indicated.
  2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add bok choy, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the wok, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
