- 1 lb Bok Choy (washed and chopped)
- 1 cup Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup Carrot (julienned)
- 1 cup Snow Peas (trimmed)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp Chili Paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp Green Onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by washing, chopping, and slicing as indicated.
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the wok, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dish is best served hot, straight from the wok.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of chili paste based on your spice preference.
