Description

A delicious and healthy chocolate yogurt parfait made with crispy chocolate clusters, fresh mixed berries, and creamy Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats (Old-fashioned)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (Almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey (Or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (Unsweetened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or flavored)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the clusters are crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In serving bowls, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  6. Top with a generous handful of mixed berries.
  7. Sprinkle the chocolate clusters on top.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • This parfait can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but the clusters are best served fresh.
  • Feel free to substitute maple syrup for honey for a vegan option.
