Description
Deliciously chewy chocolate cookies topped with sprinkles and dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury devil’s food cake mix, 15 oz. box)
- 2 Eggs (large, room temperature)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet, melted)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla extract and baking powder until thoroughly combined.
- Chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and form little balls.
- Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
- When the cookies cool down completely, dip half of each cookie in a bowl of melted chocolate and place them on a tray, lined with wax paper.
- Toss some sprinkles before the chocolate has a chance to harden.

Notes
- For best results, use room temperature eggs.
- Chilling the dough helps in forming the cookies.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
