- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, soy sauce, and crab meat until creamy and fully combined.
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Spoon the crab mixture evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the crab mixture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with sriracha or hot sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a squeeze of lime juice (if using).
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
