Description

A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer featuring tortilla chips topped with a savory crab and cheese mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, soy sauce, and crab meat until creamy and fully combined.
  3. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture evenly over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the crab mixture.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with sriracha or hot sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and a squeeze of lime juice (if using).
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
