Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
  2. Pour in the milk and add peanut butter; stir until well mixed.
  3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste, then mix again.
  4. Layer sliced banana on top of the oat mixture.
