Ingredients

  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Ice cubes
  • OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
  • Small scoops of raspberry, lemon, or mango sorbet (frozen into cubes)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Champagne or prosecco (for an adult version)

Instructions

  1. PREPARE THE BASE: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pink lemonade, pineapple juice, and white cranberry juice. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  2. ADD THE FRUITS: Drop in the lemon and orange slices, along with the raspberries and blueberries. Stir gently to distribute the fruit evenly.
  3. ADD THE FIZZ: Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and club soda. Stir lightly to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.
  4. CHILL AND SERVE: Add ice cubes to keep the punch cold. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. OPTIONAL SORBET ADDITION: When serving, add a small scoop of sorbet to each glass. It will slowly melt, enhancing the punch with a creamy, fruity flavor.
