- 2 cups grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup croutons, lightly crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Toss the mixture thoroughly until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Warm the flour tortillas for 10-15 seconds in a microwave or on a dry skillet to increase flexibility.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a clean work surface and distribute the dressed lettuce evenly across the center of each.
- Place the sliced chicken breast and crushed croutons over the lettuce layer, and season with black pepper.
- Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla approximately one inch toward the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top to form a secure wrap.
- Slice the wraps diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken before grilling.
