Description

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps made with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Toss the mixture thoroughly until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas for 10-15 seconds in a microwave or on a dry skillet to increase flexibility.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean work surface and distribute the dressed lettuce evenly across the center of each.
  5. Place the sliced chicken breast and crushed croutons over the lettuce layer, and season with black pepper.
  6. Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla approximately one inch toward the center.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top to form a secure wrap.
  8. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve immediately.
