- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar, then rub onto brisket.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Place onions in slow cooker and set brisket on top.
- Pour sauce over brisket ensuring full coverage.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove brisket, rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
- Simmer leftover sauce for 5 to 7 minutes and pour over brisket.

- For extra flavor, let the brisket marinate overnight with the spice rub.
