A creamy and vibrant ube latte made with ube powder, milk, and sugar.

- 2 tablespoons ube powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine ube powder, granulated sugar, and water. Mix them until a smooth paste forms.
- Pour milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it begins to steam, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the milk from heat and gradually stir in the prepared ube paste. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
- Pour the Ube Latte into a glass. If iced, fill a glass with ice first.
- Optional: Froth some additional milk and spoon it atop your Ube Latte for added creaminess.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness of the latte by varying the amount of sugar.
- This recipe can be made with different types of milk such as oat, whole, or almond milk.
- For an iced version, simply add ice before pouring in the latte.
