Description

A creamy and vibrant ube latte made with ube powder, milk, and sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine ube powder, granulated sugar, and water. Mix them until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it begins to steam, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the milk from heat and gradually stir in the prepared ube paste. Whisk vigorously until smooth.
  4. Pour the Ube Latte into a glass. If iced, fill a glass with ice first.
  5. Optional: Froth some additional milk and spoon it atop your Ube Latte for added creaminess.
